Ncerts have become very crucial as it not only glimpse of the subjects but also strengthens your command on the subjects.

Lots of questions are directly being asked in prelims examination.

Ncert clears your concept very easily as i has been written a very simple english and in a simplified way.

Study all standard books in market

An aspirant should complete all standard books for the subjects which will boost your understanding and increase your marks.

Some standard books such as Polity by Lamikanth Geography by go leong history by Spectrum economics by Mrunal etc.

Standard books are irreplaceable as most questions are directly lifted from there.

Some books can be omitted and instead of them ncerts can only be the source.

Complete your current affairs of at least

An aspirant should complete studying current affairs of at least one year from any source.

There are lots of resources for current affairs such as News papers, current fairs magazines of various institutes like Vajiram and ravi vision ias unaacdemy , Drishti ias, udaan of only ias etc.

Atleast 40% questions are related with current affairs so it should be studied.

Revise c sat topics and prepare for comprehension

    • Aspirants need to qualify this paper to clear prelims examination.

    • Aspirants need to bring atlest 33% marks to qualify.

Study at least ten years pyq of gs and csat

Pyq is very much important for upsc cse as irt gives the required information of the the questions pattern and trend analysis.
Some questions are even asked from the pyq options and on the themes.

Make crisp notes of standard and ncert books

An aspirant should always try to make notes from the stand and next books so that revision could be easier.

Sleep timing should be synchronised with the prelims.
