Sjoren’s disease is an autoimmune discorder where the immune system mistakenly attacks its own moisture producing glands.

It attacks the glands that produce years, saliva and sweat. Other parts of body may also be affected ted.
Causes
The exact cause of the Sjogren’s syndrome is unknown.
It seems to a genetic influence.
Its thought that factors such as viral infections , stress, and hormone changes can together symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome.
Sjoren’s syndrome can happen in any age.
The most probable age is 40 years.
Sjogren’s can occur alone or in association with other autoimmune disease most commonly lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.
Symptoms of this disease
It has dry eyes, which may also be painful, burning itchy or grity.
It has a dry mouth which is 90% of adults diagnosed with Sjogren’s are women .

It also has joint pain, swelling and stiffness.
It also has dry skin or skin rash.
It also has vaginal dryness.
Persistant dry cough.
It also leads to ongoing fatigue.
It also leads to sometimes liver and kidneys problem.
Some people also develop lymphoma which is the cancer of the lymph nodes.
Treatment
Its treatment is not possible as there is no cure of it.
Treatment for Sjogren’s disease attempts to relieve the affects of chronic dryness of the mouthand eyes by increasing the lubrication and moisturization of the affected tissues.
So this disease is rear and the cure of this disease has still not been found.
