The US government has asked the US Citizenship and immigration Services to reverse 50 year old immigration policies. The green card of U.S.A raises a concerns of the Indians.
According to to the new policy of the US all foreign nationals all the foreign nationals will hae to go back to their home countries and make their green card which is a permanent resident card.
This can impact to people from India also as this can make the struggle between the people.
Most of the people have complete lost their identity as Indian and aquire USA citizenship.
About Green Card
A Green card is called a permanent Resident Card which allows a foreign national to work permnanently in United States.
By this process people can be identified from the temporary visa or the permanent residents .
There are approximately 1-2 million Indian Green card holders in US which is the 2nd largest in new permanent residents.
The green card be acquired by lots of procedures.
Earlier the residents in US did not had to lee the country while they aquire the Green card but now onwards they will have to leave the country.
These were given to those people who were married to the US citizens, the people who hold the work visa, refugees and asylum seekers.
Some of the people who crossed the borders with illegal means also were granted citizenship, and then green card.
The New Rule which is is bothering Indians
From now onwards people will have to move their country and apply from there except of some exceptional cases.
Acooding to the US it is completely under law and they are closing all the loopholes through which people were taking advantage.
The US has a stand the new rule will only be applied to the new applications and the earlier ones will not be affected immediately .
Concerns of this new rule
It is very expensive to go back to India as the ticket rice is very high.
It will affect to the families who are staying in America and they will have to stay in India till their green card is not made.
